Stay young with yoga and tea

My classmate Mary and I finally sat in Starbucks in Unionville Markham after planning to meet for six months.

Mary rushed here and I commented “The most challenging thing for our modern life is to have a quiet moment” Mary laughed “My God, literature again, oh Ally, you always look energetic and healthy with a nice skin. Have you used luxury health care products or special beauty products? What’s the secret?”

“Stay young with Yoga and Tea.” I responded.

“Yoga has lots of benefits and I am very happy to share one of my surprising findings. The day you practice yoga is the time your age freezes. In a yoga class, we generally perform twist, back bend, front bend, inversion, breath and relaxation. Firstly, it is the process to give our body internal massage, nourish internal organs, uterus and other sexual organs. Secondly, it is the process to remove cell garbage and flushing out toxins. These help a body to maintain a good blood circulation and a considerable level of estrogen secretion. These result in a healthy look and slow aging.”

Mary asked “Why Tea?” “We gradually restore a peaceful mind about 20 minutes after a yoga class. Our body needs an immediate supplement of healthy water. It is best to digest your yoga experience with a soothing and health-boosting cup of tea.”

“Try Jasmine Tea known to calm the mood and decrease the heart rate. Rose tea which is great for the skin and helps you relax, and being free of calories can even contribute towards your weight loss plan. Lavender tea has a vast array of healing benefits. Tea, especially green tea contains polyphenols which has an anti-cancer effect. Yoga and tea is a perfect combination so that the benefits of both maximize the other. With the right tea and the right yoga practice you will be able to feel better than you have in years. I find it the best body cleansing solution.”

“You are free to enjoy more than one cup of tea in our tea room to further nourish your body and mind and get back your inner peace and fresh look.” Mary nodded frequently and made an appointment with yoga & tea on Friday.
