Inspired by Robert Waldinger’s study, each yoga class is designed with two parts each of 60 minutes. Firstly yoga, and secondly, “Olde English or Chinese tea gathering” at our cozy tea table beside the classroom.

Let us meet others on a similar journey, feel free to choose from our specialty teas as you sip tea with our beautiful English China tea sets; you may enjoy quiet chat with new friends while letting the warming flow absorb the yoga nutrition.
