- Classes will focus on breathing techniques & guided meditation, how yoga practices ease our worries, strengthen & stabilize your bodies and prepare mentally & physically for labor and birth with confidence.
- Classes also will help you to relieve common pregnancy pains, ailments and aches, from sciatica to pelvic girdle pain, heartburn to back pain etc..
- Classes are best suited for second and third trimesters with approval from your doctor whether you are new or experienced in yoga – all levels welcome.
